This house and its outdoor areas are simply incredible. We really enjoyed it here. The accommodation is just as beautiful as in the photos. Very cosy and everything you need is available. The pool and hot tub were at a very good temperature even in early May, and the outdoor kitchen is a great bonus. In a small village surrounded by greenery you can do wonderful things or take a trip to Prague. We will be back!
The house was absolutely amazing! Impeccably clean, pleasant and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The hot tub and pool were the highlight for our children, who loved relaxing there at the end of each day. Just two small things to note: the shower water drained a little slowly and one room has a small skylight without a shade, which can wake light sleepers early. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

We spent a few days there with our team from work. All the bedrooms were large enough, quite similar and met hotel standards – an ideal place for a team stay. Overall very clean and contained everything you need. We had a great time.

This luxury mountain residence offers an ideal combination of comfort, space and nature. The heart of the house is a spacious living room with a fireplace, connected to a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. There are 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, a games room with an Xbox and table football, and a children’s corner.
The private garden offers a heated saltwater pool, an outdoor hot tub and a summer kitchen with a grill. For active guests there is a badminton court, and the surroundings offer great opportunities for hiking and cycling. There is also parking with an electric car charger by the house.
We kindly ask guests to respect our rules in order to maintain comfort and quality of accommodation for everyone. Out of consideration for the neighbours, celebrations, parties and noisy events are not allowed.

The house is located in a quiet part of the Jizera Mountains, which offers an ideal environment for relaxation as well as an active stay in nature. In the immediate vicinity you’ll find ski slopes with a view of Tanvaldský Špičák, which will be appreciated especially by winter sports lovers. The area also has complete amenities – restaurants, shops, ski and bike rentals and other services. The area is part of the Jizera Mountains Protected Landscape Area, known for its beautiful nature, peaceful atmosphere and a wealth of hiking and sporting activities all year round.
The entire residence is exclusively available only to you and your group. Thanks to keyless entry, you can arrive conveniently at any time. Before arrival you will receive a unique access code that allows easy and secure entry to the house and the property.
Early arrival or late departure is possible subject to availability and our organisational options. This service is subject to a fee. If you are interested, please contact us in advance and we will be happy to check whether it can be arranged.
Free parking is available directly on the property for up to 4 vehicles. If needed, additional cars can also be parked free of charge on the street in front of the building.
