An exclusive cabin on a fenced property offers peace, privacy and plenty of space for group stays.

Inside you’ll find 6 bedrooms for up to 14 guests, fast Wi-Fi, two TVs with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen. Quality beds, bed linen and basic toiletries are a matter of course.

In the garden there is a pool, sun loungers, an outdoor grill, a beach bar and a court for volleyball, football, badminton and pétanque.

The cabin is located in the peaceful Posázaví region, one of the most picturesque recreational areas near Prague. The surroundings consist of forests, meadows and the Sázava river, which create an ideal environment for relaxing in nature as well as active trips. It’s the perfect place for those who want to escape the bustle of the city and enjoy the peace of the countryside.

Guests have the entire cabin and the whole fenced property at their disposal, ensuring maximum peace, privacy and safety. Parking for 3–4 cars is possible right by the building.

On request, we can also prepare draught beer, prosecco or lemonade for you, including the tap equipment.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request and depends on the availability of the apartment according to the arrivals and departures of other guests.

We charge a fee of €10 per person for this service.

Access to the villa is simple and convenient. Parking for 3–4 cars is available directly on the property.

Around the cabin you’ll find many options for trips and active relaxation:

Sázava river (approx. 300 m) – ideal for walks, swimming or a boat ride

The easiest way is by car via the D1 motorway – you’ll reach the cabin from Prague in about 30 minutes.
You can also come by train to Čerčany and then take the Posázavský express to Hvězdonice, from where a short forest path leads to the cabin. For the greatest convenience we recommend travelling by car.
